This workshop introduces you to the wonderful world of Shiatsu. Learn simple yet effective Shiatsu techniques in a series of small routines, that you can do on friends and family. Discover Do-In, a series of exercises and self Shiatsu techniques to help maintain your health, improve your well being and self awareness. The workshop runs on two consecutive Sundays.
The workshop is supported with a handout pack, including DVD of exercises and routines, and access to the practice class.
