This course, run over three weekends, provides a firm foundation in Shiatsu for anyone looking to share with friends and family or add to their professional development. It is also the starting point for training as a Shiatsu practitioner.
As well as a more extensive range of basic Shiatsu techniques the course will introduce the energetic concepts of Ki and Yin & Yang. Exploring how they relate to health and every day life. A range of acupressure first aid points for common ailments is included and Do-In exercises to help Ki development and self awareness.
The workshop is supported with a handout pack and access to the practice class.
